PD on Demand was born out of a recurring problem:
Psychometric diagnostics are often tied to a single tool, license models, or internal training – instead of being oriented toward what companies really need.
With PD on Demand, we offer evidence-based, proven methods – flexible, independent, and always tailored to the specific HR case.
I studied psychology, worked for six years in HR consulting, and taught occupational psychology at universities in Hamburg and Berlin.
Today, I combine science, consulting experience, and pragmatic implementation – for diagnostics that truly make an impact.
